SAP and Cohere bring North agent platform to SAP Business AI Platform
North runs inside the customer's own infrastructure for regulated industries.
SAP announced that Cohere’s agentic AI platform North is now generally available on SAP Business AI Platform, letting enterprises in regulated industries deploy AI agents and workflow automation within their own infrastructure.
It pairs SAP’s managed delivery model with North’s deep customization, covering finance, sales and HR use cases while meeting data residency and compliance needs.
Why it matters: Banks, insurers and other Vietnamese firms with data constraints get another way to use AI agents without moving data out.
