Microsoft makes Dynamics 365 CX MCP Server for Sales generally available
AI agents can now read Dynamics 365 Sales data and run its business logic through 59 governed tools.
Microsoft has announced general availability of the Dynamics 365 CX MCP Server – Sales. It gives supported AI agents and sales experiences governed access to Dynamics 365 Sales data and business logic.
At launch the server exposes 59 controlled tools covering core sales work: opportunities, leads, accounts, activities, product pricing, and quote and order management.
Why it matters: companies already on Dynamics 365 can start wiring their sales data and actions into external AI agents through the open Model Context Protocol, instead of building custom integrations.
